Let's introduce myself

 

Cooking has always been a part of my life; since childhood, I enjoyed cooking with my grandmother. Growing up, I transformed this 'play' into a passion and later into a profession. With nearly a decade of experience in the culinary industry, I began shaping my career during the last years of high school, working in establishments managed by the prestigious restaurant 'Da Vittorio.'
After completing my studies at the 'Carlo Porta' Hotel School in Milan, I continued my training at 'Alma: The International School of Italian Cuisine' under Gualtiero Marchesi.
My journey led me to the wonderful culinary landscape of Southern Italy, where I honed my skills at fine dining restaurants such as 'Don Alfonso 1980' in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi and later at the renowned 'Mosaico' in Ischia, deepening my experience in starred establishments and opening up to a higher-level gastronomic cuisine.
Subsequently, my path took me to Dublin, where I had the opportunity to work at restaurants like 'Chapter One' and 'Bastible.' Here, I had the privilege of learning culinary techniques from French, Japanese, and Nordic cuisines.
My culinary journey has finally brought me to Switzerland, to Lausanne, at the renowned restaurant 'Eligo,' and currently, I have the pleasure of working in beautiful Lugano, applying all the experiences and knowledge gained over the years.

my philosophy

For me cooking is passion, creativity and precision; it's a way of communicating with people and making them feel special through food.

In my kitchen, the fundamental point of reference is the customer. It is his daily feedback that constantly pushes me to improve.

My secret in the kitchen? It's simplicity. The right ingredients, masterfully crafted through impeccable technique, are what create authentic and unforgettable taste experiences.
